When you pay with PayPal, you do not expose your credit card number to ZaZaGallery. How Does Your Money Back Guarantee Work?
100% Money Back Guarantee
At ZaZa Gallery we have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 30 days and we will refund you the cost of the product*. It's that simple. We want you to be happy with your canvas print and if you're not then we aren't happy either. Therefore, if your product is damaged we will replace it, and if you aren't happy with it you will be refunded the full purchase price. Note: We cannot refund the cost of a Gift Certificate. If you use a gift certificate to pay for your order we cannot refund the order cost to any other source, like a credit card or PayPal account. We cannot refund any unused dollar amount left on a gift certificate.
What The Money Back Guarantee Applies To
The money back guarantee covers any defect in the final product, including wrapping quality, stretcher bar fidelity, and the quality of the print. Examples of defective canvas include: Wrong wrapping style, misfolded wraps, chipped stretcher bar edges, scratches on the face or sides of the canvas, and other physical defects. It also includes the appearance of your canvas, including color balance, correct retouching, cropping, and art effects, except in the case where a proof is provided and approved prior to printing. Approval of a proof is the acceptance that the appearance of your canvas print is final. Note: To receive a replacement canvas in the event of damage or defect you must first send us back a cut piece of the original product, ideally containing an example of the defect. A roughly 4 inch by 4 inch square of the print is sufficient for this purpose.
Can I Pay With A Check?
Yes. We do not mind if you pay with a check. If you choose to pay with a check simply mail the check to our address which is listed on your invoice. Make the check payable to ZaZa Gallery. After we have received the check and the funds are verified will we ship your canvas print.
Ordering and Options
Can You Work With Traditional Photos, Slides, or Negatives?
Yes. Many of the canvas prints that we produce are created from hard copies such as traditional photo prints or negatives - and they make beautiful images. If this is a service you need select "Will Email Image Later" at the file upload screen and send your photos, slides, or negatives to the ZaZa Gallery address on your invoice. With this option many have wondered if they will get their photo back. Absolutely. That being said we highly recommend that you do not send a print or negative that is irreplaceable. We would not want you to ever have to go through the experience of losing it.
Can I Send My Image on a CD or DVD?
Yes. Just as with Traditional Prints (or negatives) you can choose to send in your photo on CD or DVD. If this is a service you need then we ask that you please select the Traditional Print option. We suggest that you use adaquate packaging so your CD or DVD will reach us safely.
What size should my image be?
To have optimal quality across our range of print sizes, the original image should have a 300 PPI (pixels per inch) resolution as a 8 inch by 12 inch (8''x12'') image. If the file size of your image is around two megabytes (2 MB) we consider that to be excellent quality in most cases. If your image doesn't meet these standards don't be discouraged. We can work with most images, even those as small as 600 kilobytes (600 KB) using a special enhancing process.
What are my retouching options?
If there are adjustments you need made to your image please select a retouching option, then tell us exactly what you want done in the "notes" field at checkout. Standard Retouching Adjust exposure if needed. Correct Red Eye. Extra Retouching Remove scares, moles, and facial blemishes. Add text to your photo. Whiten teeth. Fix small scratches and imperfections. Remove date stamp.
Will I Receive a Proof Before my Order is Printed?
You may request a digital proof in the "notes" field at checkout, but it is not provided by default. When a proof is approved all image design (including but not limited to: Art Effects, Pop Art, Retouching) is considered final. Please review your proofs carefully. If you are not satisfied with your first proof, you may request a second complimentary proof with revisions. If you are not satisfied with your second proof you may request additional proofs at the rate of $25 each until you are satisfied.
Canvas Print Information
How Long Will My Photos On Canvas Last?
Your canvas is carefully printed onto the finest quality canvas using special archival inks. It is then further protected with a specialized sealer which completely encapsulates the inks, protecting them from UV rays, dust, and moisture. A properly crafted museum grade canvas print will last for over 100 years without any visible deterioration, so long as it is cared for properly.

For Tile Murals only, processing time may take up to two weeks before shipping.
FedEx Ground – $14.99: It takes our order fulfillment staff 2 to 4 business days to ship orders out our doors, cutoff time is 12:00 noon PST. From there according to FedEx it can take anywhere from 1 to 7+ business days to arrive, depending on how far you live from us. *This fulfillment time is not applicable to orders where proofs have been requested or additional information is necessary to fulfill the order. Image Content Policy
We reserve the right to refuse fulfillment of orders for any reason. If this happens your order will be immediately cancelled and your payment refunded. The most common reason for order rejection is due to the image content. Images that are pornographic or provocative in nature, depict illegal activities such as violence or drug use, or otherwise inappropriate for a professional environment will not be processed. You will be notified by email if we choose to cancel your order. If you are uncertain about whether your images will be deemed appropriate or not you can email email@example.com and request a review of the images prior to ordering.
